SatNet: GPS Satellite Tracker (package com.naiyados.satnet)

By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The app

SatNet shows satellite positions calculated from public orbital data, and the state of your device's GNSS receiver. Many features are free. Some features are available with an optional paid subscription ("Pro").

2. Pro subscriptions

Plans: Pro Monthly and Pro Annual. Prices are shown in the app and in Google Play before you buy, in your local currency, and may include taxes.
Billing: Your Google Play account is charged at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancel or manage: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds: Handled by Google Play under its refund policy. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Google Play.
Price changes: If the price changes, Google Play will notify you and ask for your consent where required.
Restore: Use "Restore purchases" in the Pro screen after reinstalling or changing devices.

3. Accuracy and safe use

Positions are computed from orbital elements that age; the app shows when they were last updated. They are accurate enough to point a phone or antenna, but the app is not intended for navigation-critical or safety-critical use. Use it at your own risk.

4. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app or its content, except where the law allows. Orbital data is courtesy of Celestrak (celestrak.org) and belongs to its publishers.

5. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

6. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
